Become a member of DISC!

DISC welcomes students of all undergraduate schools and backgrounds to apply for a student consultant position at the beginning of each semester.

We seek out students who are hard-working, creative, and have a demonstrated interest in our social mission.

Regardless of if you want to be a General Body Member or Consultant, fill out our application via the Penn Clubs website, linked below!

Types of Membership

  • As a consultant, you will select a project to work on with your fellow cohort for the entirety of the semester, collaborating on deliverables, meetings, and ultimately gaining an immersive understanding of what consulting for change can look like.

  • As a General Body Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various committees with members of our executive board, as well as prepare yourself to become a consultant for the following semester.

Our executive board will determine which candidates will move on to the interview round. We will conduct one to two rounds of interviews and notify all prospective applicants of their status along the way.

Next Steps

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all students into our limited consultant positions, but those not offered a consultant role will be able to join DISC as General Body Members. Otherwise, there will be another opportunity to apply in the next cycle if you are still interested!
